Is it worth paying for an app?
Think of it this way: it costs less than R$ 1 per animal per month, and one missed heat or a cow that went past her dry-off date already costs more than that. What you pay keeps the app running: secure servers, daily backups and a team that keeps making Ordenha Fácil better. It's an app built to last and to really help you.
I already keep a notebook. Why switch?
A notebook holds your records, but it won't remind you of anything or do the math. The app alerts you to heat, calving and dry-off on the right day, and works out your cost per liter and each group's profit for you.
I only have a few animals. Will it work for me?
Yes. With up to 8 animals it's free forever, with everything unlocked. When your herd grows, the app grows with it.
Does it work for beef or mixed farms?
It works for both. One tap switches between All, Dairy and Beef, and your steer expenses don't mess up your cost per liter.
I'm not good with phones. Can I handle it?
Yes, you can. The app was built for people out in the barn: big buttons, few screens, and you can even log things by voice. If you get stuck, we'll help you on WhatsApp, no rush.
Will I have to enter everything from scratch?
No need. Send us your spreadsheet, a PDF from another system or a photo of your notebook on WhatsApp and we'll put it in the app for you. For beef, a whole group goes in at once.
Do I need internet on the farm?
No. Take notes in the barn even with no signal. The app saves everything and syncs on its own when you're back online.
Can my farmhand use it?
Yes. Go to Menu → Teamwork → Add New Access and send the invite on WhatsApp. You decide if they see the finances, and you can remove access anytime.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and computers?
It works on all three: Google Play, App Store and on your computer through the browser, always with the same data.
If I get stuck, who helps me?
We do. Real people answer support on WhatsApp, and the app's Menu has short how-to videos.
What if I don't like it?
No problem. You get 30 days without paying a thing. If it doesn't make sense for you, just don't subscribe. And on the Monthly plan you can cancel anytime.
Your data is yours: reports export to Excel and PDF (My Herd → printer → Spreadsheet or Print), so you can take them with you anytime.
How much does it cost?
It depends on herd size: up to 30 animals R$ 29,90/month, up to 50 R$ 49,90 and up to 100 R$ 89,90. With up to 8 animals, it's free. See plans.
Monthly or annual: what's the difference?
The Monthly plan has no minimum commitment. On the Annual plan you stay 12 months and get up to 36% off, paying by card, upfront or in 12 installments.
Do calves count toward the plan?
No. Heifer calves and bull calves are unlimited. Only cows, heifers and bulls count.
Can I lose my data?
Don't worry. Your data is stored in the cloud, with automatic backup and secure servers. Lost or changed your phone? Log in with your account code and it's all there.
Who sees my farm data?
Only you and the people you give access to. Your data belongs to your farm, and you can remove someone's access anytime.
If I stop using it, can I take my data?
Yes, it's your data. Reports export to Excel and PDF: My Herd → printer → Spreadsheet or Print.
